Bookings - To ensure we have the correct staff/children ratio which ensures the quality of care your child receives, we require bookings to be made at least one week in advance. While we are often able to accommodate late bookings. A late booking fee of £1 will also be payable if paying on the week of the childcare.
Cancellations - 7 days notice is required for cancellations to allow us to manage our staffing levels as appropriate. Should 7 days notice not be given, the booked session will still require to be paid for.
