Loanhead Breakfast Club
At our Breakfast Club, we do more than just feed the children! After receiving a nourishing breakfast which includes fruit juice, a choice of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit and toast, the children either take part in games and organised activities. We can also provide supervise homework until it's time to take the children to school.
On Fridays, the children get the chance to spend some of the energy they've been saving over the week on our bouncy castle or, weather permitting, in our outdoor play area.
Activities are co-ordinated with the After School Club, particularly around 'events' - Father's/Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Hallowe'en - all of which are put together in conjunction with what the children themselves want to to.
Of course, before heading off to nursery or school, the 'Toothbrush Bus' ensures that the children look after their teeth - until lunchtime at least!
